Booking Policies

• To schedule an appointment, a booking fee is required to reserve and secure your spot.

• The booking fee is transferable one time but is non-refundable and will be credited toward your total.

Payment Details

• The remaining balance will be due at your appointment. Preferred payment methods:

  • Cash

  • Venmo: @ThiTranLapha (See bottom of page for QR Codes)

  • Cash App: $ThiTranLapha (See bottom of page for QR Codes)

• Major credit and debit cards are accepted.

• Note: All card payments are subject to a 7% sales tax per GA laws.

Rescheduling Policy

• To reschedule, please call 678-458-1532 or text if I am unable to answer.

• You may reschedule one time only, up to 48 hours before your appointment. Failure to reschedule within this period will result in forfeiture of your booking fee.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• The booking fee is non-refundable. To cancel or change your appointment, please call or text 678-458-1532.

• Cancellations or no-shows without notice will result in forfeiture of your booking fee.

Late Policy

• If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, considered a no-show, and the booking fee will be forfeited.

• Three consecutive late arrivals will prevent future bookings.

• This policy ensures timely service for all clients; please allow extra time to arrive.

Payment Policy

• No refunds are given for completed services.

• All product sales are final.

Gift Certificates

• Gift certificates are available for any amount or specific services, purchasable online or in person.

• They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Electronics & Children

• To maintain a peaceful environment, please silence all electronic devices.

• Children are not permitted in the service room.

Service Guarantee

• Individual results may vary.

• Final results depend on aftercare, skin type, and long-term skincare. Some clients may need additional touch-ups, for which regular pricing applies.

• Results cannot be guaranteed.

Right of Refusal
